Example week of TJ's food

Hello!

Here's what I put together to send to Maximuscle.

I couldn't copy and paste the tables into here so have saved the docs as image files.

Please note that this isn't *exactly* what I eat every single day - well, all the food is my usual intake, but sometimes I'll do dull/lazy things like eat half a Promax Diet Meal bar as a snack in the morning and then half in the afternoon and sometimes I can be just plain boring with my snacks and lunches and eat the same thing day after day - ha!!

Also, aside from the weekend where I meantion post-workout shakes, I haven't included the nutrition I take in after a workout where I'll have a protein shake or bar, this is *just* my regular intake with no adjustment for exercise level.

So, without further ado, here's a week's worth of my food! (please click on pics to enlarge)

Oh and I haven't gone into any detail about my drinks either but during the week I tend to have a cup of coffee with skimmed milk first thing, then herbal tea for the rest of the day and when I get home I drink 0% alcohol lager (or Faux Beer as it's affectionately referred to my house!) and BarleyCup which is a caffeine-free drink made out of barley, rye and chicory... it's too tasty for words!
