My pages!

Ooooh, hasn't blogger gotten swish, can now add up to 10 'standalone' pages full of whatever crap you like now and they don't get lost as your posts build up - neat!

So, have finally started to get my act together and document what it is that I do in the gym and I've added an upper body workout page (see tab above!) and will soon be adding some more, e.g. lower body, core, food & recipes and also a weekly schedule/diary (haven't decided which - depends how organised I make myself) which I will be updating - promise!

Anyway, must dash now as it's late and I'm up early for spin so speak soon and hope you're well
